Priority boarding in a dedicated queue — typically saves 30–90 minutes against the standard line in peak season. Same 30-minute rotation in a shared capsule with up to 25 other riders, plus free 4D Cinema Experience.

Champagne Experience

Fast-Track boarding plus a glass of Pommery Brut Royal champagne served onboard by a dedicated host. The most photographed ride on the wheel. Maximum capsule occupancy is capped so each guest has a window. Around £55–65 per person depending on slot.

Private Capsule

Exclusive use of an entire capsule for up to 16 guests — ideal for marriage proposals, birthdays, small wedding receptions or corporate events. Includes Fast-Track boarding, optional onboard catering and a private host. From £600 per capsule.

Champagne, Private Capsule, and combination tickets

Is Fast-Track worth the extra cost?
On busy days, yes — Fast-Track typically saves 30–90 minutes against the standard queue and the £12 premium is small versus an hour of central London. Off-peak weekday mornings (Mon–Fri outside school holidays, before 11:30) the standard queue is often only 10–15 minutes, so Fast-Track is less essential.
How does the Champagne Experience work?
Arrive 15 minutes before your slot, check in at the Champagne lounge next to the boarding deck, and you'll be shown to your dedicated capsule with a maximum reduced occupancy so every guest has a window. A host pours a glass of Pommery Brut Royal during the ride and takes a complimentary photo at the top of the wheel.
Can I propose in a Private Capsule?
Yes — the London Eye is the most popular proposal venue in the UK, with around 5,000 proposals each year. The Private Capsule package can include flowers, champagne, music and a discreet onboard photographer. Book a few weeks ahead and tell the team in advance — they'll handle the details.
How big is a Private Capsule group?
Up to 16 guests in a single capsule with exclusive use for 30 minutes. Larger groups can book multiple adjacent capsules. Standard pricing starts at £600 per capsule with optional upgrades for catering, dedicated photographer, and decoration.
Are children included in adult experiences?
Children under 18 are not served champagne in the Champagne Experience but can join the ride (charged at the Child rate plus the Fast-Track premium). For Private Capsule, families are very welcome — the team can arrange soft drinks and family-friendly catering.
How do combination tickets work?
You book the Eye slot at a fixed time, and the partner attraction (Madame Tussauds, SEA LIFE, London Dungeon or Shrek's Adventure) is valid for any day within 90 days. Combine 2 attractions and save ~20%, 3 attractions save ~30%, 4 attractions save ~40%.
Can I cancel an experience?
Yes — free cancellation up to 24 hours before your slot for Standard, Fast-Track and Champagne tickets. Private Capsule bookings have a 7-day cancellation window because the whole pod is reserved.
Can I take photos during the Champagne Experience?
Yes — phone and DSLR photography are welcome, and the onboard host typically takes a complimentary group photo at the top of the wheel. Selfie sticks are fine inside the capsule; tripods are not allowed.
